Highly recommended house 100% desired result! Reach them out.

I have been using this app many times and while one free night stay for every 10 minutes of the hotel that are average together and dollar amount is pretty good, what isn’t good is how whatever you book can be changed through the system into sometime completely not what you’re looking for. Unfortunately you don’t find this out until you arrive and can’t cancel. For instance I asked for a non smoking one king bed and book that but yet can only get a double queen or double bed room only. Or you order your room the way you think it should be and for some reason their system tells the hotel that you want an accessible room for someone, Got lots of problem when it comes to what you want and what the system tells the hotel you asked for. Instead of you using this app when you wanna book for an apartment I’ll advise you to reach out to lewis on his gmail at “ FrankrealEstate247 @ gmail com” he gives the best apartment ! Make sure you’re getting what you asked for and always make sure that you have a way to cancel your reservation my latest experience with this app has proven to be very extremely disappointing. Treat you like royalty

Everything about this place is perfection. This is what it must feel like to be rich. The staff was incredibly supportive and accommodating. They immediately learned my name and greeted me everytime I came and went. They were interested in making sure my trip to Cambodia was memorable and took care of every detail without being intrusive. They were helpful without being pushy. Lina, the manager, spent an enormous amount of time making sure I had wifi on my phone and never made it feel like the inconvenience it was. The room was immaculate, spacious, and beautiful.

Mr. Kim took care of every detail and followed up to make sure I was satisfied.

As a solo traveler I felt completely safe and comfortable and loved the convenient location of this hotel.

My only complaint was the noise from the market two blocks away, but the bed was so comfortable I didn’t have any problems falling asleep. Also, they provided ear plugs i didn’t need.

The food and drinks were also surprisingly delicious and affordable. Staying in this hotel was my favorite part of a three country trip.

They Will Not Help You If You’re Wronged

I had tried this app for awhile but it’s not worth it for my lifestyle. It travel very often and sometimes suddenly. If I book a stay and have to leave earlier hotels often are not willing to issue refunds and Booking won’t do anything to assist except call on your behalf to ask.

I booked a stay in Virginia, my flight got delayed and I was stuck in a different state for 2 days outside of my control. I contacted the hotel and was told everything would be fine. 2 days later they still cancelled my reservation and listed me as a no-show. I argued with both the hotel and Booking because Booming had told me they contacted the hotel and WAS able to have the dates of my stay changed, this was apparently A COMPLETE LIE! My $600 reservation was taken and even after Booking informed me to just dispute the charge with my bank they went back weeks later and had my bank reverse the charges again. No one at Booking is going to be held liable for lying to me, the hotel staff in Virginia is an absolute slime ball with policies that shouldn’t even be advertised on Booking’s site and I’m out $600 with no form of reconciliation between either of these parties. Destined to fail assuredly!!!

If your plans have any likelihood of changing I’d highly recommend you skip booking through this. Customer service isn’t even based in the same country as me so why would they care about what American values in business should look like.
